The file you received is corrupted or unusable, and a functioning version cannot be provided.
You were accidentally charged multiple times for the same item.
Please contact support within 48 hours of purchase at "support@epinflow.com" with your order number, product name, and a short description of the problem.
You decided not to keep the item after buying.
The wrong product was purchased by mistake.
The product was delivered successfully and downloaded.
The issue arises from device, software, or system compatibility on your side (unless a specific compatibility note was provided on the product page).
Reach out to support before opening a chargeback. The team aims to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks for fully delivered digital items may lead to a permanent purchasing ban on the platform.
Gift card purchases are final and cannot be refunded.
Discount codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be applied to past orders.
